You can reach out to your Customer Service Representative at any time during your experience with Midway. Your Rep will be ready to answer any questions you may have and give you valuable insights.

Yes! We require that every client sends in their own testing material to ensure your die will cut through what it's meant to and how it's meant to.

Yes! If you have a die you'd like retooled or repaired you can reach out to your Customer Service Representative or you can fill out the appropriate form on our Forms page to get started!

Yes! We will email the tracking information to you once your order has shipped!

We ship with both UPS and FedEx! Furthermore, we offer dedicated shipping options and can work with your trucking company as well!

Yes! Midway is proud to be able to conduct business outside of the United States and can certainly ship your die wherever you may be!
